Blonde Icing is available in two formulas to accommodate all lightening service needs. Both formulas will achieve up to 7 levels of lift:

    Ammonia Formula for darker bases (levels 1-5) and more resistant hair types.

    Ammonia-free Formula for lighter bases (levels 6-10) and less resistant hair types.

    Blonde Icing Conditioning Cream Developer contains conditioning and thickening agents that work exclusively with Blonde Icing Conditioning Cream Lightener to create a smooth, creamy texture and optimum performance.
